Based in Upstate (Utica) New York, the Resonance Center is a charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the cultural life of, and quality of life in, Utica and its environs. The Resonance Center seeks to do so by creating community-based opportunities and experiences in the arts, education, holistic health and sustainable living.
